How do I wash my cloth?

Hand washing is recommended, or machine wash cold on delicate and air dry. Tumble dry low if needed. Iron may be used to remove creases from mailing with a cotton setting.

Do you accept custom orders?

I do accept custom orders. Please email me for a quote and then I will make a custom listing for you. I will also search for a custom fabric if you don't see what you are looking for in the shop.

Where else can I buy your products?

At this time my products are only sold online through my website. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order by email at sea.lestial.shel@gmail.com

What is your processing/shipping time?

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. I also try to post my current ship time at the top of the website.
